Happy New Year!

We rang in the new year at Heather and Jerad's this year. We played games and ate. Good times! I wasn't sure how it would go or if we would stay, but Grayson was awesome. He isn't good at sleeping wherever, but he's happy, happy, happy hanging out, even a couple hours past his bed time. Andy laid down with him around 9:30 and I took over about an hour later. I needed a little siesta if I was going to make it til midnight :) We put Grayson in a pak-n-play a little after 11 (of course, he woke up, but went right back to sleep.) Now, in true Grayson fashion, he had to wake up to ring in the new year. He doesn't like to miss a party! It was a fun night all around, although not something I'm well equipped to do very often these days! The next morning Grayson slept in a bit and hasn't missed a beat since!

This was right after he woke up at midnight. Within 5 minutes he was ready to play with Dylan and Logan!

It's hard to believe another year has come and gone. This last year has been very likely the best year yet. We know this coming year will be even better and can't wait to see what God has in store for our family!
