This Last Week

Well, we've had a good week. Is it sad that my Saturday night excitement is blogging? We started off on Monday by getting weighed...Grayson that is, not me! He was up to 8 lbs 11 oz. We pretty much just hung out all week. We had a funeral of a family member which was sad. It makes you think about the "circle" of life. Grayson did fairly well. He knows when something important is happening and likes to let his presense be known...so we spent the service in the back.

Thursday night I got to fill in for a Bunco group, which is always fun! I've gotten out without Grayson here and there, but it's usually to go to the store. It was nice to go and do something fun. I did find some entertaining pictures on my camera when I got home. Andy feels as though Grayson wears his "Mommy Loves Me" bib too much and took action! Notice though that he's screaming :)

Andy and I love reading books with Grayson and we've tried to get into a bedtime "routine". The time varies night to night but we try to do the same "stuff." Grayson nurses, he gets a bath, some stories and then down for bed. Or at least a couple of hours until he wakes up to eat again!

Today we ventured to the Tri-Cities for the second time. This time, we took daddy! It was so nice to not have to bring any bottles with us. We had lunch and did a little shopping. We made Grayson a "changing area" aka the very back seat of the Explorer. We had everything layed out and kept it out for the day! It was pretty entertaining, our little setup. Not nearly as entertaing as Andy and I crawling in and out of the back seat to change him though!

Well, I'm going to go sit on the couch and watch some t.v. with the hubby. Grayson's down in his cradle, but will be up in a bit, so I'd better hurry along!
